Symphony Lakes offers a selection of spacious three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans, available in both townhome and single-family residence styles. These modern homes range in size from approximately 1,594 to 1,683 square feet. Each layout is designed with premium finishes like granite countertops and white shaker-style cabinetry to provide a refined living experience.

Our rental homes feature private driveways and attached garages to ensure convenient parking is always available for residents. While the community offers a resort-style pool and scenic walking paths, please contact our leasing office for the most current information regarding dedicated EV charging stations. We strive to provide modern conveniences that support all of our residents' needs.

Residents have access to the Manatee County Area Transit system, which provides bus service throughout the Palmetto and Bradenton areas. Nearby routes and stops along major corridors like 49th St E and US-41 offer connections to local shopping and employment hubs. These transit options make it easy to navigate the region while enjoying a peaceful lifestyle at home.
